Junior Project Associate
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the coordination of purchasing activities, supporting senior staff in procurement processes.
2. Help in preparing procurement documents and purchase orders under the guidance of senior staff.
3. Adhere to the company's procurement policies and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
4. Support in reviewing, comparing, and analysing products and services to be purchased.
5. Aid in inventory management, ensuring materials are adequately stocked and recorded.
6. Keep accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, and other procurement-related data.
7. Help maintain updated supplier information in the company database.
8. Assist senior staff in building relationships with suppliers and attend necessary meetings or negotiations.
9. Contribute to the preparation of reports and other documentation related to procurement activities.
10. Ensure materials are delivered on time to project sites and assist in addressing any delivery-related issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Attendance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (Required)
License/Certification:
- Motorbike / Car license (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Required)
