Responsibilities:
Process export documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents for the timely submission of required documents.
Verify and validate shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Maintain and update documentation records to ensure accuracy and completeness for audits and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, and finance) and external stakeholders to resolve documentation-related issues.
Monitor and track shipment statuses, providing timely updates and addressing discrepancies.
Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Open to local Malaysian.
Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is required to support specific markets.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.
Previous experience in BPO or email support is an advantage.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including public holidays, to support regional business needs.
