  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Content Annotation Specialist - Korean Speaker

Tenure : 1 Year contract – renewable basis

Working Hour : Standard

Salary : RM8,000-RM 10,000

Working mode: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Understand client policies, complexities, and guidelines
  • Apply strong research, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Exhibit logical reasoning and attention to detail
  • Work effectively autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Resolve issues and demonstrate ingenuity as needed
  • Identify and escalate potential issues in the process
  • Make decisions based on defined policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and suggest solutions
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and client teams
  • Review and validate images and various data types
  • Meet quality standards for all relevant metrics
  • Maintain excellent documentation for feedback

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of market culture, language nuances, and context to ensure accurate annotations
  • Strong comprehension and content writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in digital content writing, annotation, labeling, or transcribing is a plus
  • Experience in content/creative writing, captioning, editing, or proofreading

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
