Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

 Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews,

and coordinating onboarding.

 Prepare and issue official documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and confirmation

letters for employees.

 Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

 Handle leave requests, attendance tracking, and assist in payroll processing.

 Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing team-building activities and

events.

 Assist with drafting HR-related policies, memos, and other internal communications.

 Support the preparation of performance reviews, employee evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Office Administration:

 Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and other office partners, handling

agreements, renewals, and service needs.

 Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for easy access and compliance.

 Ensure proper documentation for all administrative activities and maintain confidentiality of

sensitive information.

 Support health, safety, and office security measures, keeping records of necessary documentation

and licenses.

Financial Administration:

 Manage invoices for all clients, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of invoices.

 Track and update payment records, following up with clients on outstanding balances.

 Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and provide regular updates on payment

status.

 Maintain organized records of invoices and payment transactions for auditing and reporting.

Performance Management:

 Assist in the implementation and tracking of performance review processes, ensuring timely

feedback sessions.

 Support managers in setting clear KPIs and performance goals for employees.

 Track and maintain records of employee performance and development plans.

Policy and Compliance:

 Ensure HR policies are updated and align with company standards and legal requirements.

 Support compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

 Assist in policy dissemination and help employees understand company guidelines.

Employee Relations:

 Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace inquiries.

 Help address employee concerns and provide support in conflict resolution processes.

 Contribute to a positive work culture through communication and coordination of engagement

activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
