Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews,
and coordinating onboarding.
Prepare and issue official documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and confirmation
letters for employees.
Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle leave requests, attendance tracking, and assist in payroll processing.
Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing team-building activities and
events.
Assist with drafting HR-related policies, memos, and other internal communications.
Support the preparation of performance reviews, employee evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Office Administration:
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and other office partners, handling
agreements, renewals, and service needs.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for easy access and compliance.
Ensure proper documentation for all administrative activities and maintain confidentiality of
sensitive information.
Support health, safety, and office security measures, keeping records of necessary documentation
and licenses.
Financial Administration:
Manage invoices for all clients, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of invoices.
Track and update payment records, following up with clients on outstanding balances.
Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and provide regular updates on payment
status.
Maintain organized records of invoices and payment transactions for auditing and reporting.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation and tracking of performance review processes, ensuring timely
feedback sessions.
Support managers in setting clear KPIs and performance goals for employees.
Track and maintain records of employee performance and development plans.
Policy and Compliance:
Ensure HR policies are updated and align with company standards and legal requirements.
Support compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Assist in policy dissemination and help employees understand company guidelines.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace inquiries.
Help address employee concerns and provide support in conflict resolution processes.
Contribute to a positive work culture through communication and coordination of engagement
activities.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
