As a Sales Trainer at Citadel Wealth Partners, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering high-impact sales training programs designed to equip our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively sell of private trust and estate planning services. Your role will be vital in driving the success of our sales initiatives and ensuring that our team members meet their performance goals, provide exceptional client experiences, and stay compliant with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Training Programs: Design and deliver customized training content focused on private trust services, estate planning, wealth management, and compliance regulations. Ensure the training material aligns with company goals, values, and industry best practices.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Lead regular workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions for new hires and existing sales staff to improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and client interaction skills.
- Sales Skills Development: Train the sales team on effective selling strategies, negotiation skills, relationship-building techniques, and the nuances of selling private trust and estate services.
- Product Knowledge Mastery: Ensure that sales staff are fully educated about the company’s products and services, including all relevant features, benefits, and pricing models. This includes maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of sales targets.
- Create Training Materials: Develop and update sales training manuals, e-learning content, role-playing exercises, and assessments to reinforce key concepts and skills.
- Sales Coaching & Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to sales staff to enhance their performance and overcome specific sales challenges. Offer advice on how to approach complex client situations in the trust and estate planning field.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs, gaps, and opportunities for improving sales processes and performance.
- Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensure that all sales training materials and practices adhere to relevant legal, ethical, and compliance standards specific to the private trust industry.
- Client Interaction Simulation: Conduct role-play exercises simulating real client conversations to help team members prepare for a wide range of sales scenarios and improve confidence in client-facing situations.
