SECRETARY & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
· Responsibilities:
1. Office management and administrative support
2. Bookkeeping tasks (handling receipts, preparing internal financial reports, and forwarding them to the accounting firm)
3. Preparing accounting reports for headquarters and handling tax matters
4. Managing office supplies and essential equipment.
Working Conditions
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
· Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 depending on experience

o Provide EPF,SOCSO,EIS
· Other Benefits:
o Transportation allowance: RM200/Month
o Bonus: 200% annually (1-time Hari Raya bonus, 1-time year-end bonus)
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in accounting)
· Experience: Accounting-related background preferred
o Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates
o Practical experience in accounting is an advantage for experienced candidates
· Required Skills:
o Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
o Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
o Strong email and document writing skills
o Candidates willing to commit long-term
· Others: Must be able to commute to work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
