  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and third-party service providers to manage contract terms, payments, and financial obligations.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure they comply with accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and monitor cash flow to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Participate in audits, ensuring all financial records are properly documented and aligned with internal controls.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements in the organization.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance metrics.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proven experience in account management, financial analysis, or accounting roles within the automotive industry or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software SQL, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
