Advertising AE (Fresh Graduate)
JOB ROLE AND FUNCTIONS
1. Meet monthly sales target by providing great services to current clients
2. Generate and establish new organic growth/ clientele by identifying new business opportunities
3. Maintain good relationship with client to understand their business and providing promotional direction
4. Ensure current client are happy with the service by consistently providing new ideas.
DETAILED KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Write job briefs accurately
Able to conceptualize clients’ needs and translate into comprehensive job briefs for traffic and creatives in the preset system
· Client service Support
To be the middle person between agency and client so as to come up with the best advertising solutions for client in line with the business of fusion marketing services ranging from events management, advertising, public relations, direct marketing, design and creative and digital and social.
· Develop and Implement advertising campaign
Help develop, implement and measure operational integrated marketing campaigns for clients
· Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls
Keep the team and client updated on the job status as well as generate ideas to form cohesive communications campaigns for the brands
· Finance and Budgetary conscious
Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.
· Becomes the PIC for the job assigned and be responsible for ATL, BTL and TTL activities
Act as a liaison between all departments and the clients to ensure a timely completion of projects and close the job accordingly including payment collection.
· Managing and mentoring an Account Executive
Ability to deliver the job requirement and mentor an Account Executive to learn the basics of Account Executive position.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum qualification:
· Degree in Marketing, mass communication or its equivalent
· Experience level: Least done internship with an advertising agency
Required skills:
Exposure in international advertising agency
Other necessary skills:
Aggressive and result oriented, Good interpersonal and client care skills, Computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
