· Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
· Assist with the setup, configuration, and installation of computer systems, peripherals, and software.
· Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance and security.
· Monitor and manage system backups and disaster recovery processes.
· Assist with the deployment of new technology and updates to existing systems.
· Educate users on best practices for using technology and software applications.
· Create and maintain user accounts and permissions in various systems.
· Provide training and support to end-users on software applications and IT tools.
· Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
· Fast turnaround of customers’ requests
· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
