  • Distributes the Customer Satisfaction Survey Form (CSS) once in every three month to the clients.
  • Provides an analysis of Customer Satisfaction Survey Form (CSS) to submit in reports.
  • Develops and implements the Quality manual specified within company process to assure quality from concept to procedures.
  • Brings together staff of different disciplines and drives the group to plan, formulate and agree on comprehensive quality procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
  • Develops policies and procedures to ensure quality establishment.
  • Directs and coordinates the activities of team engaged in quality function – including inspection, analysis and training.
  • Sets Quality compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved.
  • Maintains and improves quality by compliance and surveillance audit: investigating customer complaints; Collaborating with other members of management to develop new plan preventive maintenance and training methods.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • degree holder (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil), or Engineering Technology or equivalent
  • Experience with Quality Management
