Job Description
- Payroll Administration, which includes monthly payroll processing, filing of statutory reports to the appropriate government body, yearly Malaysia EA form, Singapore Income Tax IR8A form, among other things, and making sure it complies with legal requirements.
- Leave administrations, such as keeping track of employees' daily attendance and leave records and updating them in the appropriate system and spreadsheet.
- Employee administrations, such as newly hired, confirmed, resigning, etc.
- Creation of the monthly HR & Admin report, which includes OT, attendance, headcount, and other data.
- General administrative tasks include taking minutes, staff entitlement, insurance, company phones, and medical claims.
- Activate and manage the hiring and selection process after receiving a Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) that has been approved; ensure that you know the job description, prerequisites, and knowledge and skills lists provided by the hiring manager.
Job Descriptions :
- Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related studies.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
