Job Scope Summary:
Be Prompt and efficient of all Food and Beverage items available in outlet. The strength and sincerity of our image should reflect at all times through a friendly, courteous manner and helpful, attitude, extending beyond Guest’s expectation. This can most effectively be given to Guests by front line staff. Area of coverage includes swimming pool, Gspot , Café 168 and Room service.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain thorough product knowledge of all food items and service procedures.
2. Provide punctual, efficient, and courteous service with a friendly and professional attitude.
3. Adhere to all Food & Beverage regulations and demonstrate a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
4. Work efficiently during peak hours and remain flexible with work schedules.
5. Exercise proper service techniques, handle equipment correctly, and maintain a clean workstation.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and remain open to feedback from supervisors.
7. Ensure proper grooming and wear the prescribed uniform at all times.
8. Complete mise-en-place, side duties, and station cleaning before and after shifts.
9. Report any guest complaints, accidents, or issues to the supervisor or manager.
10. Work as a team, assist colleagues, and prioritize guest requests for excellent service.
