ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
1. Handle daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are
traceable in an efficient manner
2. Assist in handling of full sets of accounts, reconciliation, invoicing, any
billing updates; Perform the day to day report
3.Preparation for payment and payment vouchers on time;
4. Manage in asset registration including:
- disposal, reporting and management.
- Handling all company assets.
- Register and labelling the new asset purchased.
5. Handling & submission all legal requirements. (yearly)
- renew premise license/ MBSA/ DBP / DBKL
6. Filing documentations.
- Punch and sorting the documents by date
- Filing accordingly as our filing system.
7. Any ad hoc task required by HOD or any task related that equivalent to the
position
