  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Hospitality Intern you will have the unique opportunity to rotate between three crucial departments: Housekeeping and Front Office and F&B operation . This internship program is designed to give you a holistic understanding of the hotel operations and a well-rounded experience in the field of hospitality.

Culinary Internship:

  • Help with food prep: wash, peel, and cut vegetables; prepare meats.
  • Assist in cooking and plating dishes.
  • Keep the kitchen clean: wash dishes, sanitize workstations, store ingredients properly.
  • Follow food safety guidelines.
  • Receive and store deliveries, manage inventory.
  • Join kitchen meetings and training sessions.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

F&B operations:

  • Assist in daily operation: Help with day-to-day tasks in the restaurant assign by the superior.
  • Customer Service
  • Ordering and Inventory : Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing special event
  • Quality control :Ensure food and service meet quality standards.
  • Understanding and adhering to health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.
  • Assisting with financial tasks, such as processing payments, and managing receipts.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality/ Culinary or related degree program.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
