Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to assist in managing maintenance issues across all kindergarten centers and support the purchasing executive in organizing and sorting tools and stationeries. This role will provide hands-on experience in facility management and procurement operations while ensuring smooth operational processes across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Maintenance Support:
- Monitor and report maintenance issues across all kindergarten centers.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Assist in tracking repair requests and follow up on pending maintenance work.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
2. Purchasing Assistance:
- Assist the Purchasing Executive in sourcing and organizing tools, equipment, and stationery supplies for all centers.
- Sort, label, and arrange tools and supplies for easy access and efficient distribution.
- Support in maintaining an updated inventory of operational supplies.
- Assist in preparing purchase requests and vendor coordination for procurement needs.
3. General Operations Support:
- Help in maintaining documentation and reports related to maintenance and procurement.
- Provide administrative support for operations-related projects as required.
- Ensure smooth communication between the operations and purchasing teams.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
