About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team at Ascott Malaysia. This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and campaign execution. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and managing content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in SEO optimization and website content updates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in managing online reviews and engagement with customers.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for digital marketing, social media, and branding.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.), and basic video editing is a plus.
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn.
