Job Description & Duties:
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- To monitor the Sales Support activities and ensure smooth process.
- To review on the daily customer order against the output planning and inventory level on customer order fulfilment.
- Proceed customer enquiry with Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery & Invoice billing.
- Liaise with warehouse department to ensure that all goods are delivered on time.
- Collaboration between sales representatives and other internal departments.
- Any other job function that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirement:
- Good Interpersonal Skills - Able to Work well in a team & with clients
- SPM & above.
- Sales Experience Preferred.
- Good attitude & attendance, responsibilities.
- Computer Literate.
