Job Description & Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
  • To monitor the Sales Support activities and ensure smooth process.
  • To review on the daily customer order against the output planning and inventory level on customer order fulfilment.
  • Proceed customer enquiry with Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery & Invoice billing.
  • Liaise with warehouse department to ensure that all goods are delivered on time.
  • Collaboration between sales representatives and other internal departments.
  • Any other job function that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirement:

  • Good Interpersonal Skills - Able to Work well in a team & with clients
  • SPM & above.
  • Sales Experience Preferred.
  • Good attitude & attendance, responsibilities.
  • Computer Literate.
