Job Description

  • Coordinate IT Service Desk support for site Office Automation in KLCOE
  • Provide IT support to HDD Pilot Line, CSC (Customer Service Center) & R&D Sites for MES system rollout, eval, control/master data configuration, request and etc
  • Provide L1 Network and System support for KLCOE, CSC, Pilot Lines Sites
  • Coordinate and manage business requirements into IT Solution in the area of IT Office Services, CSC/Pilot/R&D Sites Support
  • Acts as liaison between Site IT, Global IT and Site Business to develop, enhance, and improve IT services and systems
  • Site enforce for IT Security, Patch Management and Security Deployment - Site IT Security Deputy
  • Responsible for the availability and reliability of IT systems & services
  • Ensure system uptime and SLA are met in-line with targets that are being defined
  • Manage site IT asset inventory, request, purchase, tracking
  • Manage IT SLA & IT Services & Mfg Incident Mgmt
  • Administrative support for all IT Operation
  • Responsible to ensure sites governance, audit & Safety compliance

Qualifications
  • IT Operation Support (Skill in administrating MES application, DB, network) experience - min 5 years
  • Diploma/Degree in IT Studies/Computer Science
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
