Key Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.

Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with operating systems (Windows/Linux), WMS and cloud services.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and tools.
- Knowledge of database management and ERP systems is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
