  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
  • System Administration: Ensure smooth functioning of internal systems and applications, performing regular updates and troubleshooting issues.
  • Technical Support: Provide timely IT support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  • Database Management: Oversee database systems, ensuring data security, integrity, and backups.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor security measures to protect company data and systems from potential threats.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external IT vendors for procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of IT equipment and software.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and inventory.
  • Training: Conduct IT-related training sessions for employees to enhance technical skills and awareness.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with operating systems (Windows/Linux), WMS and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and tools.
  • Knowledge of database management and ERP systems is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
