  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote software products and solutions.
  • Assist clients in understanding product features, setup, and configuration.
  • Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support marketing initiatives and resolve client concerns.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and webinars for potential and existing customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Gather client feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in software industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with accounting software is advantageous.
  • Responsible, team-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
  • Able to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred for dealing with Mandarin-speaking vendor.
