We are seeking an experienced Process Manager to join our semiconductor manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both FOL (Front-of-Line) and End-of-Line processes, from wafer fabrication to final product testing and packaging. As a Process Manager, you will lead teams responsible for process optimization, troubleshooting, and yield improvement across various stages of semiconductor production.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the semiconductor manufacturing process from FOL (front-of-line processes) such as wafer fabrication, photolithography, etching, deposition, etc., to End-of-Line processes including assembly, testing, and packaging.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency, improve yield, and reduce defects.
  • Monitor production metrics and provide insights on performance, yield trends, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and quality teams to develop and implement process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Troubleshoot process-related issues and work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead projects for equipment installation, upgrades, and process automation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with significant exposure to both FOL and End-of-Line processes.
  • Experience in process optimization and yield improvement, utilizing tools like Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BOM materials for power semiconductors
  • Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and software is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM23,000.00 per month
