Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales cum Operation Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team and providing excellent customer service through various stages of the sales process. You will handle quotations, proforma invoices, order support, and more, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation Support:

  • Support daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Quotation Management:

  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations for customers based on their requirements. Customize quotes, ensure accuracy of pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, and follow up with customers to answer questions or address concerns.

Proforma Invoice Creation:

  • Generate proforma invoices for customers, outlining product details, estimated costs, and terms. Assist customers in understanding proforma invoices and ensure timely follow-up to facilitate order confirmation.

Order Support & Follow-Up Sales:

  • Provide comprehensive order support from order placement through to delivery. Track order status, address customer queries, resolve issues related to orders, and proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat sales.

Payment Link Support:

  • Assist customers with payment link generation and troubleshooting. Provide guidance on the online payment process, ensuring smooth transactions, and monitor payment statuses to ensure accuracy.

Price Card Updates & Promotions:

  • Regularly update price cards (both physical and digital) with the latest product pricing. Support the launch of new promotions, discounts, and special offers, ensuring proper communication and visibility to customers.

Sales General Information Support:

  • Provide customers with detailed and accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, shipping, and promotions. Act as the point of contact for any general inquiries related to sales or products, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.

Credit Score Management:

  • Review and assess customer credit scores and histories. Collaborate with the finance team to manage credit limits, ensure appropriate payment terms, and mitigate credit risks. Communicate changes to customers regarding their credit status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/sales/customer service related faculties.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software
  • Knowledge of payment systems, invoicing, and basic financial concepts is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
