  • Driving Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport employees & clients to various destinations as required.
  • Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle.
  • Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Run various errands outside the office, such as banking tasks, purchases, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods and documents to designated locations and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Support HR/Admin activities and assist in various administrative tasks including organizing document, data entry, preparing reports, and updating spreadsheets.
  • Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently to support smooth office operations.
  • Qualifications:
  • SPM, Certificate or diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in dispatch, office assistance, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
