  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • To update weekly and monthly production summary report.
  • To update weekly stock indirect material purchase report.
  • To update monthly production report for machine capacity, machine shot data, total produced quantity and downtime.
  • As the admin for production department to manage E-learning system by uploading Training programs/Test paper and assigned to related PIC to ensure that all production personnel are trained with essential knowledge.
  • To perform 6S production line audit and audit report.
  • Assist the superior to handling paperwork related to production by counter check the input and the status in TES to ensure all report put in place follow SOP.
  • Prepare all the miscellaneous supplies and tools needed from Production subordinates (stationary, cut die etc.).
  • To check information (In process audit, MCP, downtime etc.) input in TES system and acknowledge supervisor if found abnormal.
  • To responsible on updating of organization chart in Manufacturing Department on monthly basis.
  • Preparing Master Shipping label for production.
  • To handle equipment calibration system by acknowledging PIC ready the equipment/tools for calibration purpose.
  • To renew Timber shipment license (Team and MTIB) by yearly basis on mid of Dec.
  • To perform other tasks as directed by the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
