  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Accounts & Logistics Executive (Gelang Patah)

Location: Gelang Patah, Johor
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage import/export shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, permits, LC).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for efficient logistics flow.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs, international trade regulations, and Incoterms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues, delays, and discrepancies

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, warehouse operations, and delivery schedules

- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from customers to ensure timely collections

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data

- Responsible for and involve in daily operational accounting work related matters

- Handle any ad-hoc task as and when required

Requirements:

  • - Diploma/Degree in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain (fresh grads may apply).
- Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
- Familiarity with ERP/logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QB,MYOB) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with FTA (Free Trade Agreements) & HS Codes.
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods handling (IATA certification preferred).
