  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description:

  • Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with any issues related to orders.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular sales reports, tracking performance metrics and sales targets.
  • Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability for customer orders.
  • Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and any other tasks to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any follow-up requests.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other assignments as directed by your superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Possesses good communication, attention to detail and thorough.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to communicate in Mandarin is added advantage).
  • Energetic, motivated and proactive person who gets things done.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
