Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare deliveries and shipping documents, invoices and custom paperwork as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outgoing deliveries and shipments; compile and file accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on goods uploading.
  • Communicate with internal teams, external vendors and customers in resolving delivery/shipping issues.
  • Enforce compliance of company policies and transportation regulations.
  • Assist in organizing route assignment, stock picking and internal goods transfers.
  • Assist in managing scheduled vehicle safety inspection at PUSPAKOM or any government-certified centres with Team Leader.
  • Support other logistics and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience in administrative tasks requiring strong communication skills.
  • Preferably experienced in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Candidates with a keen interest in the food manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
