ADMIN CLERK
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Issue MUR to production.
- To receive materials or semi-finish good from sub-con and key in to system.
- Work with team to monitor stock take and prepare the report on time monthly.
- Document summarizing / filing.
- Prepare purchase order (PO) to material supplier.
- Complete receiving process after received materials and key in to system.
- To perform any other tasks as and when assigned by superior or the management with full accountability and responsibility from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related field (preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Management / Engineering).
- Minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with an extremely positive attitude towards working as a team.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, possess initiative and ability to work independently.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excell & Word)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
