ADMIN CLERK

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Issue MUR to production.
  • To receive materials or semi-finish good from sub-con and key in to system.
  • Work with team to monitor stock take and prepare the report on time monthly.
  • Document summarizing / filing.
  • Prepare purchase order (PO) to material supplier.
  • Complete receiving process after received materials and key in to system.
  • To perform any other tasks as and when assigned by superior or the management with full accountability and responsibility from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related field (preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Management / Engineering).
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with an extremely positive attitude towards working as a team.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, possess initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excell & Word)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
