JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Invoice Generation: Accurately generate customer invoices based on sales orders or service delivery as per each client's unique requirements.
  • Timely Invoice Distribution: Send invoices to clients via email or postal mail according to the client's cutoff times and preferences.
  • Credit Notes & Adjustments: Issue credit notes and process necessary billing adjustments when required.
  • Customer Billing Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing information for all customers, ensuring that account details are properly recorded and easily accessible.
  • Record Keeping: Keep all billing files organized and accessible, ensuring that documentation is stored properly for easy retrieval.
  • Timely Billing Completion: Ensure that billing is completed on time, adhering to established cutoff dates. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure invoices are submitted without delay.
  • E-invoicing: Knowledge of e-invoicing is a plus. If not experienced, we will provide training to help you become proficient.
  • Work proactively to prevent billing related problems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in billing, accounts, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and billing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
