Job Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

-Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance and streamline recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate workflows and maintain accurate records.

- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, including organizing career fairs, information sessions, and other campus events.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to facilitate successful campus hiring programs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and talent sourcing.

- High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
