  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible to plan/monitor/analyze operational machine planning, raw material and inventory control.

2. To ensure the customer orders have been processed and shipment can be made on time.

3. Timely monitor customer order progress, if foresee failure, work closely with internal team on alternative plan.

4. To coordinate with customers on commitment plan and delivery plan.

5. To prepare daily and monthly moulding schedule as per customer order and forecast.

6. To project daily and maximum the machine capacity and manpower allocation.

7. To follow up and monitor production daily output. If encounter problem, escalate to superior.

8. To monitor/work out on the materials consumption periodically and raise PR to seek approval before purchase.

9. Do follow up with purchaser on the supplier delivery schedule to prevent line stoppages.

10. To carry out assignments according to ISO requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM and above.

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in Manufacturing Planning. Plastic injection would be an advantage.

3. Experience in Navision system is an advantage.

4. Strong quantitative, statistical and analytical skills.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly good in working with cross functional teams.

6. Independent, self driven, effective team player and able to work with minimum supervision.

7. Applicant willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Sinergi, Senai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
