  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role

As a Web Frontend Development Team Lead, you will oversee and mentor a team of 5-7 frontend engineers, ensuring technical excellence and best practices in modern web development. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable frontend architectures for data visualization and analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development.
  • Drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices in React, Angular, and modern web technologies.
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and accessible web applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams for seamless integration.
  • Establish and enforce frontend development standards and coding best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions.
  • Oversee sprint planning, task allocation, and team performance tracking.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
  • Participate in hiring and team-building initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of frontend development experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in React and Angular, including state management solutions.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with frontend build tools, bundlers, and modern development workflows.
  • Proven experience leading frontend teams and delivering complex web applications.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Git and CI/CD practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
