Job Role : Finance, Accounts functions

assist to develop and maintain accounting, budgeting, taxation, management and regulatory

reporting framework and processes

Strong knowledge of latest accounting standards, Malaysian Tax regulations, Bank

Negara Malaysia regulatory reporting and industry best practice

assist in ensuring policies and procedures are updated or drafted as per regulatory requirements

High level of technical skill knowledge in accounting

Experienced in dealing with external auditors and regulators

Job Requirements:

Min Bachelor’s Degree in related field from an established university, having a

recognised professional accounting certificate is a significant advantage

Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountant is a plus

Minimum 5 years experience in banking; finance industry, strong advantage having

accounts and finance experience in Islamic banking

Highly organised and has keen attention to details, analytical and meticulous in financial

figures

Highly driven, self-motivated and able to work under-pressure. Has strong problem-

solving skills, resourceful in obtaining information and using tools to support day-to-day

work and able to exercise good judgement

Team work and able to work well with other. Good interpersonal, communication skills

  • and leadership skills.
