Job Description:

1. Recruitment

• Responsible for the full cycle recruitment activities including developing job specifications, sourcing and screening of the candidates and facilitating interview.

• Key point of contact for one of the business units and work close with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and the selection criteria.

• Monitor sourcing and performance metrics along with feedback from your candidates and Hiring Managers.

• Support on HR management regulations and related policies of business departments based on the actual business of the department.

2. Employee relationships

• Responsible for people developments including employee onboarding & offboarding, new onboarding orientation training, employee relationship and others.

• Support and lead certain engagement activities from planning through implementation.

• Works hand in hand with the head of the department to ensure effective communication and resolution of workplace issues.

• Perform other routine HR basic operations support as when required.

3.Ad-hoc

  • Partner with Functional Managers on strategic HR activities including organization alignment, talent attraction & retention, leadership and pipeline development
  • Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment sector and strong interest in talent acquisition role.

3. Ability to propose ideas for Employee Engagement initiatives and manage events.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at structural thinking and problem solving.

5. Ability to thrive on challenges, multitask and priorities workload in a fast-paced environment where quality and speed are of essence.
