Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization in consultation with the Immediate Manager.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and create customized annual development plans for employees at all levels.
- Design and deliver training programs on topics such as company orientation, leadership development, sales, service, performance management, company core values and employee engagement.
- Lead initiatives to promote a positive company work culture, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, celebratory events, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Manage the budget for talent development and culture initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and within budget constraints including effective management of HRDF.
- Conduct regular assessments and surveys to measure employee engagement and satisfaction and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership to align talent development and culture initiatives with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and promote a positive work culture that values diversity, inclusion and collaboration.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee well-being, work-life harmony, and overall job satisfaction.
- Lead efforts to celebrate and recognize employee achievements, milestones, and contributions to the company.
- Foster a culture of open communication, feedback, and continuous learning within the organization.
- Design and deliver all employee communication in a timely and creative manner within the organization.
- Lead, coach and inspire the Talent Development & Culture team to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Minimum at least have 1-2 years’ experience in managerial role and leading a team.
- Have experience in Training Needs Analysis, Curriculum Development, Content Design and Development & Training Programme Design.
- Have experience in Leveraging Talent, Emotional Intelligence, Business Acumen, Driving Change & Performance.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to do presentations to a variety of audiences.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent engagement and training.
- Resourceful and able to work independently, possess strong desire to succeed.
- Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-integrity and having company interest as the priority.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills are essential.
- Willing to relocate to new office location
