PUBLICITY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure all the brochures’s design, layout and information in the University brochures are accurate, reflecting the latest programme courses, fees and entry requirements.
  • Review the content of Wechat press releases to ensure the content meets the marketing standard, platform guidelines and cultural sensitivities.
  • To evaluate the promotional posters to clearly communicate the intended message about the general abroad study opportunities, specific programs or upcoming events.

    MARKET MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Establish and maintain open lines of communications with agents to keep them informed about the programme updates, changes in policies and new opportunities.
    • Primary point of contact for all agent queries and offer training sessions to familiarize with HHI company’s offerings, application process or any other updates.
    • Foster strong relationships with both Malaysian and Chinese Universities by liasing with their International Student recruitment department.
    • Act as the intermediate between universities and HHI, ccordinatoing communication and ensuring both parties are aligned in their objectives and expectations.
    • Able to present company’s programs and processes clearly to agents during their visits
    • Ensure a seamless interaction with Universities and educational instituitions. This involves having a good grasp of both academic and administrative processes, able to negotiate and collaborate on various initiatives and maintaining a positive professional relationship with these entities.

      PROJECT OPERATION RESPONSIBILITIES

      • To develop detailed project cooperation plans outline with the objectives, strategies, timelines and expected outcomes of University to University.
      • Required deep understanding of the nature of University to University program collaborations, including academic content, student exchange mechanism and joint research initiatives.
      • To develop and implement strategies for the publicity and promotion of University to University projects.
      • Well versed in the requirements for the Chinese Service Center for scholarly exchange (CSCSE) accreditation, ensuring that all collaborative program meet these standards.

        DELEGATES MANAGEMENT

        • Engage with visiting parties in advance to finalize the details of the visit, including timing, location, participants and any specific requirements they may have.
        • To coordinate the preparation and distribute of visit invitation letters and other necessary documents. Completeall reporting and bureaucratic requirements before the visits to avoid any last minute complications.
        • Incharge of all logistics arrangements and itenary including transportation, meals, accomodations and any other necessities for the delegates.
        • To draft and publish a press release related to the visit’s highlights and outcomes to be shared on the company’s wechat public account and official website.

          OTHERS

          • To prepare bi weekly department reports via powerpoint slides for presentation
          • To arrange for departmental meeting with the CEO
  • Prefer Bachelor’s degree in any field or Diploma with two years working experience with similar background will be consider.
  • Preferably to have 5 years experience in education consultation and International Student Marketing.
  • Good communication and writing skills, attentive to details.
  • Good organizational and planning skills, able to work under tight schedules.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills with clear articulation. Able to speak English and Mandarin fluently. Mandarin language is essential to liaise with students from China/Taiwan.
