Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of testing within the Treasury & Markets, ensuring that our products, applications and systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Develop and manage test strategies, test plans, test scripts and schedules for Treasury and Markets projects.
- Ensure test script scenarios are comprehensive inclusive of negative scenarios.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, group technology team and vendors to understand project requirements and timelines.

- Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in test management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets / Banking operations and products.
- Strong understanding of test methodologies and tools such as JIRA, or similar.
