Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of testing within the Treasury & Markets, ensuring that our products, applications and systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Develop and manage test strategies, test plans, test scripts and schedules for Treasury and Markets projects.
  • Ensure test script scenarios are comprehensive inclusive of negative scenarios.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, group technology team and vendors to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, results, and any defect reports.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools.
  • Provide status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in test management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets / Banking operations and products.
  • Strong understanding of test methodologies and tools such as JIRA, or similar.
