  • Sources, Identify and engage top talent across multiple channel (Linkedin, job boards, referrals etc.)

Requirements

  • attention to detail with accuracy.
  • experience with applicant tracking system (ATS), recruitment platforms, and HR software.
  • strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship and trust with candidates and hiring teams.
  • assess challenges in recruitment processes and provide solutions.
  • prioritize multiple roles and deadlines in fast-paced environment.
