Key Responsibilities
- Sources, Identify and engage top talent across multiple channel (Linkedin, job boards, referrals etc.)
- manage the entire hiring process from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- understand job requirement and develop effective recruitment strategies for different departments.

- experience with applicant tracking system (ATS), recruitment platforms, and HR software.
- strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship and trust with candidates and hiring teams.
- assess challenges in recruitment processes and provide solutions.
- prioritize multiple roles and deadlines in fast-paced environment.
