Integration Engineer (Cloud Service Delivery)
About the Role
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of cloud services for Digital Bank, ensuring these services are provided efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with client expectations. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and client relationship management.
This role required to collaboratively with various teams, to ensures solution are delivered effectively but also continuously improved to meet evolving business needs.
What will you do:
- Understand requirements and ensure service are delivered accordingly.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of cloud service.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of cloud services.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve service-related issue.
- Managed teams sprint task.
- Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of cloud services.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and performance.
- Monitor service performance against SLAs.
- Generate regular reports on service performance and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for improving service delivery processes.
Skills and experience you possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Proven experience in cloud service management, IT service management, or a similar role.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of cloud security practices and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.
