  • Prepare and generate shipment documents, including Delivery Orders, Invoices, and Packing Lists for overseas shipments.
  • Coordinate shipment and delivery processes, including engaging with forwarding agents and transporters.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve issues related to deliveries and shipments.
  • Update and maintain order records in relevant software systems (e.g., AutoCount, Job Sheets).
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, answering calls, and assisting customers as needed.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Invoicing and Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing delivery and shipment documents, coordinating with customers and service providers, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

  • Strong administrative skills in generating invoices & managing customer orders.
  • Understanding of logistics operations, including shipment coordination, inventory management & transportation arrangements.
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCount, is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
  • Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, Diploma or Certificate (optional but preferred): In fields like Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or a related field.
