Job Description

1. Manage and supervise factory personnel training, administrative affairs, and material handling processes.

2. Plan and oversee the operation and management of the administrative affairs at the Malaysia plant, improving work efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Prepare the annual budget for the plant and monitor its execution to ensure cost control and resource optimization goals are achieved.

4. Responsible for recruiting and training local staff, ensuring human resource policies are implemented in daily operations.

5. Handle visa and government regulatory requirements for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

6. Monitor the procurement and maintenance plans for plant equipment, ensuring safety and proper operation.

7. Coordinate multinational collaborative projects, serving as the communication liaison between Taiwan and Malaysia to promote cooperation and performance improvement.

8. Supervise factory safety operations, maintaining a safe work environment and operational stability.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative management and managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Proficient in budget management and cost-control strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin with HQ in Taiwan.
