Position Overview
We are seeking a Creative Manager to lead and inspire our creative team in delivering innovative social media content and video projects. We are looking for talent with fresh ideas, organizational skills, and leadership to ensure we meet client objectives while maintaining high-quality standards and timely execution. You will conceptualize original campaigns, manage the production of video and static posts, and oversee the creative process from ideation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Ideation & Conceptualization
- Develop innovative and engaging concepts for social media content (videos, static posts, etc.)
- Stay current with industry trends to inspire fresh creative approaches
Team Leadership & Management
- Oversee the team to ensure smooth collaboration and workflow
- Assign tasks, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality outputs
Quality Assurance & Final Approval
- Review final deliverables (videos, graphics, etc.) before they go live or are sent to clients
- Ensure content aligns with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and client expectations
Coordination & Communication
- Convey project objectives and execution details clearly to team members
- Compile client feedback (as needed) and coordinate with internal teams to address revisions
- Attend shoots to supervise production quality and provide on-site creative direction
Performance Monitoring
- Track team performance and project milestones to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist with creative performance tracking to iterate and improve future content
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and creative output
Qualifications
- Experience: Preferably 1 year in a management role, preferably within a social media or digital marketing agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven success in managing multiple clients and projects.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative with strong trend awareness with the ability to turn ideas into impactful results.
