Position: HR Business Partner (Malaysia & Singapore)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the human resources management for the overseas business teams in Malaysia and Singapore.
  2. Understand the HR needs of business units and collaborate with them to develop and implement workforce planning strategies.
  3. Lead the recruitment and establishment of overseas teams.
  4. Ensure the implementation of company HR policies, systems, and key projects within the department.
  5. Promote and embed the company’s culture and values within the department.
  6. Manage the team to ensure comprehensive support for business development.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 8 years of HR experience. Experience supporting overseas business is preferred.
  2. Familiarity with local labor regulations in Malaysia, including a deep understanding of local laws and regulations, and expertise in recruitment and talent development.
  3. Proven experience in implementing mature HR systems and processes, along with strong team management skills.
  4. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent cross-cultural leadership abilities.
