The ideal candidate will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to the Director. Additionally, she will be responsible for managing staff movements, travel arrangements, claims, training coordination, and any ad-hoc tasks.
Responsibilities
- Update appointments, meetings, and monthly progress report presentation for HOD.
- Manage travel arrangements and submission of claims for the HOD.
- Implement company policies and execute business directives, including handling letters of appointment or letter for future collaborations.
- Handle additional duties assigned by the superior, such as filing and updating documents in SharePoint.
- Manage and maintain records and reports of department staff movements.
- Take initiative in improving work processes.
- Assist in client interactions during meetings, including preparing minutes and providing complimentary drinks.
- Coordinate communication, respond to emails, and interface with clients and other parties as directed by he HOD.
- Support the HOD in completing their to-do list when necessary.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Admin, Business Finance, HR or Mass communication.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in project – contract administration duties.
- Computer literate and good communication skills.
- Able to travel and to be assigned for meeting with clients for contract related matters.
