  • Record, review, and calculate wages and payments before sending them to directors for approval.
  • Record concise, meticulous minutes of all meetings, maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Proofread, edit, and format drafts prepared by the directors.
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations, and documents in a timely manner with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Coordinate between the sales team and other departments.
  • Holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Autocount software
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin at a business level
  • Trustworthy with quick thinking, excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to the changing and varied work settings
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
