Who We are Looking For:
We are seeking an energetic Business Executive with 1-3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing operational efficiency within our organization. This role reports to the Senior Group Business Manager and offers excellent growth opportunities within our organization.
What Impact You Will Make:
Sales & Business Development Support:
- Drive sales activities and follow up on business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients
- Support proposal development and client presentations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM system
Client Management:
- Manage day-to-day client communications and requests
- Organize and participate in client meetings
- Identify opportunities for account growth
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Market & Business Intelligence:
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Support preparation of business reports and analyses
- Contribute to sales strategies and planning
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge
What Skills and Experience You will Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, client service, or business development
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems
