We are in the look for an experienced and highly motivated Workday Project Manager with strong background in Workday system, project management skills and experience in handling HR projects. The job responsibilities are as follow:

  • Workday System Administration: Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the Workday HCM system, including configuration changes, security administration, report generation, and data integrity management.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage HR technology projects, from initiation to closure, including defining scope, developing project plans, managing timelines and budgets, tracking progress, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. This includes projects related to Workday change requests, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements. Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation through Workday.
  • Workday Configuration and Testing: Configure and test Workday modules to meet evolving business needs. Develop and execute test plans, identify and resolve issues, and ensure smooth system implementations and upgrades.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards to provide HR metrics and insights to management.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation for Workday functionality. Provide support to end-users and ensure they are effectively utilizing the system.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with Workday and other vendors to resolve technical issues, manage upgrades, and ensure ongoing system performance.
  • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and functionality, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workday HRIS Specialist, with a strong understanding of various Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting).
  • Proven project management experience, including experience managing HR technology implementations and upgrades. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience with integrations between Workday and other systems is a plus.
