  • Oversee the daily operations of 3 outlets for efficient operations
  • Responsible for the profitability of the outlets and maximizes revenue generation
  • Manage staffs’ monthly schedule and outlet manpower cost
  • Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety in outlets facility
  • Ensure all staffs follow company’s SOP strictly
  • Oversees recruitment, training, and motivation of staffs
  • Provide mentorship and conduct performance review of outlet staffs
  • Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary changes and improvements
  • Organize regular meetings with outlet supervisors to discuss about issues and updates
  • Analyse and resolves problems timely and effectively
  • Address customers queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
  • 5 days work week
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in hospitality management, hotel management, culinary arts, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in management position of F&B outlets (Preferably in café and/or pastry and bakery scene)
  • Passionate about the industry and its operational processes
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Adaptive to fast paced environment and new challenges faced at work
  • Service and detail oriented, good time management skills and able to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all level of staffs
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to communicate effectively in Basic English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia language
  • Have own transport to travel amongst our 3 outlets
  • Alternate outlet location every week or month

    • Kulai, Eco Botanic, Austin

      Work Schedule

      • 5 days work week
      • 10 hours shift (1 HR break time)
