- Handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting with the preparation of sales quotations, and other documentation as required
- Providing support to the sales team, including managing customer accounts
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Maintain and update info on company's website and e-commerce accounts
- Coordinating with other departments to facilitate the smooth delivery of products and services
- Supporting the sales & marketing team with any other administrative tasks as needed
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
