- Conduct consultations to understand the needs and issues of the families.

- Assist with necessary observations, recordings, or investigations.
- Take photos to document the home visit process.
- Record detailed information about the visit, including needs, issues, and solutions provided.
- Prepare and submit home visit reports to the supervisor.
- Update the profiles of the beneficiaries based on the visit outcomes.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of home visit tasks.
- Follow up on whether the issues faced by beneficiaries have been resolved.
- Conduct periodic revisits to ensure the progress of children's education and other needs.
This is a position to handle charity organisation
- Able to read and write in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Must own a vehicle
- Compassionate, with strong communication skills
- Minimum education: Diploma and above
- Able to work independently
- Able to work on weekend if needed
- Training provided
- Allowance provided
